Commissioned by the Bedford Park Festival and written by Freya Alderson and Christina Balmer, Creature Features imagines what life was like in lockdown for the animals of West London, from pet cats and dogs, to the famous green parakeets.

The premier of Freya Alderson's biting play at The Hope Theatre, Islington. Directed by Veronica Quilligan. Featuring: Christina Balmer, Maya-Nika Bewley, Eric Carte and Christopher Jenna-Cole. Sound and Lighting by Matthew Karmios. The production received several 4* reviews and the script is now being developed for screen.

Baby Mine -Â Â A work in progress presentation
August and September 2019
Baby Mine, by Freya Alderson, debuted at the Etcetera Theatre as part of the Camden Fringe. Starring Christina Balmer and Danielle Winter, this dark two-hander received some great feedback and was selected to open the 'Motherhood(s)' season at The John Thaw Initiative in the West End.
